Orders placed outside these areas will be charged a 25 USD returns delivery fee.
Follow the steps below to begin your return or exchange

2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and select if you would like to proceed with a return or exchange.
3. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail (UK), USPS (US) or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
4. Drop off your parcel at your nearest Drop Off Point. You can find your nearest drop-off point in the returns portal.
