What courier companies do you use?
We work with a variety of courier services based on the shipping destination. Within the UK, we typically use DPD and Royal Mail. For international deliveries, we partner with trusted couriers such as FedEx and DHL.

How do I place a pre-order?
If an item is available for pre-order, the product page will display an estimated shipping timeframe. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be processed automatically, and you’ll receive a confirmation email. It will then ship using the delivery method you selected at checkout.
